We at the Neptune Society of Northern California in Livermore are proud to have serviced Livermore and the surrounding communities for over eight years. The areas we service include Alameda, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, and San Francisco counties.
Our Neptune Society of Northern California office in Livermore is located 300 yards south of I-580 off the North Livermore Ave exit. We are at the intersection of North Livermore Avenue and Las Positas Court, and our office is next to Western Dental.
We pride ourselves on the various ways we give back to the community at the Neptune Society of Northern California in Livermore. In the past we have coordinated with local hospices to arrange cruises and we were a donation center for Toys for Tots during the holiday season. Sammie Miller is the Service Manager. He has been with Neptune for four years, starting his service as a Pre-Arrangement Specialist. Sammie takes pride in knowing every family ha serves gets nothing but his very best. He feels honored to assist families through a most difficult time in their lives. Sammie is married to Crystal, and they enjoy collecting rocks and gems in the mountains of California, Arizona, and Nevada, polishing and creating jewelry out of what they find. Sammie is also the proud father of Brandon, 22 and Mathew, 21.
Debbie Leuthauser has been with Neptune since 1997 as a Pre-Need Counselor. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in interior design. Debbie is married and had two beautiful daughters living in Southern California. She and her husband are extremely proud of them and their accomplishments. Debbie loves to cook, read, knit, garden, and be with family and friends. She loves meeting people and helping them make their final arrangements on their own terms.
Pre-Need Area Manager
Linda Feldman is a Pre-Need Area Manager for several Bay Area Neptune Society of Northern California locations including Walnut Creek, Oakland, San Francisco, and Belmont. She is privileged to have been helping families with cremation services for the past ten years. A Bay Area native, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for the local sports teams and enjoying her two imperial Shih tzus, Bella and Squints.
David is new to our industry and truly enjoys meeting with families to help them with this part of their estate planning. After serving in the Army as a Military Police Officer he went on to manage and own other businesses in hospitality, mortgage, and most recently the document shredding industry. David and his wife enjoy outdoor activities including boating and hiking with their kids and grandchildren. On the weekend you will find him on the boat relaxing or cooking meals with friends on the delta.

Neptune Society of Northern California, Livermore - 2017 Hike For Hope
The NSNC Livermore, CA office participated in the 2017 Hike For Hope this May. This is a Hope Hospices annual fundraising hike at Del Valle Recreational Area. There were about 300 participants in this year’s annual hike.

Neptune Society of Northern California: In-House Law Review Class
On April 26, 2016, Neptune Society of Northern California hosted an in-house law review class for new staff working on becoming certified as arrangers and for arrangers who have decided to seek their Funeral Director license. The event was led by Jim Draper, from the California Funeral Director’s Association. Attendees included Sammie Miller of Livermore, Carla Dowell of Walnut Creek, Faith McCoy of Castro Valley, Frank Vasconcellos of Walnut Creek, Rhonda Jones-Richard of San Francisco, and Ruth Brown-Wilson of Novato.
Neptune Society of Northern California: Belmont, San Francisco, & Livermore - Sponsor First Hospice/Caregiver Luncheon Cruise
On April 28, Neptune Society of Northern California, Belmont, San Francisco & Livermore offices sponsored the first Hospice/Caregiver Luncheon Cruise aboard the Naiad, Northern California’s scattering vessel outside the Golden Gate bridge to show caregivers how we conduct scattering services and why it is of value to families who decide to have their loved ones scattered at sea.
In addition to the trip itself, each caregiver was treated to lunch and one lucky winner walked away with a great raffle prize.
Neptune Society of Northern California, Livermore - Hike for Hope
Sammie Miller of Neptune Society, Livermore, CA recently volunteered for Hope Hospice’s Hike for Hope that was held Saturday, April 30 as a fundraiser for the hospice.
Hope Hospice Fundraisers
This month the Neptune Society of Northern California participated in their first Hospice Fundraiser. This fundraiser benefited Hope Hospice. Raffle tickets for gift baskets were sold, with all money to be donated to Hope Hospice.
Holiday Open House
